We are a family-owned company from Navarre, founded in 1983, now in its second generation, working in sheet metal and steel transformation for industry. We manufacture to the customer's drawings: you send us the file and we hand back the finished part or assembly.

ISO 9001:2015
Quality management system certified by AENOR, registration ER-0002/2009, with IQNet international recognition. A copy of the certificate is available on request.
Qualified welding
Qualified welding procedures (WPS/WPQR) and 8 welders qualified to EN ISO 9606-1 on the payroll.
3.1 material certificate
We supply the EN 10204 3.1 certificate, with heat traceability, whenever your specification calls for it.
Dimensional report
Verification of critical dimensions and a dimensional report on request, for your goods-inwards file.
Process traceability
The welding parameters of each part are recorded, with dimensional checks at the intermediate stages.
Non-destructive testing
Dye penetrant, magnetic particle or ultrasonic testing coordinated with a laboratory as your project requires, with the report supplied.

The 50 mm thickness and the 8,000 mm format are independent limits: it does not mean we cut 50 mm over eight metres. The same applies in bending to the 22 mm and the 3,000 mm.
Materials
- Carbon steel: S235, S275, S355 and equivalent structural grades. This is our speciality and our everyday working material.
- High-strength steels (Hardox, Strenx, Weldox), stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised sheet: on request, depending on thickness, grade and process.
- You can supply the material yourself or we can buy it in. State which when you ask for the quotation.

We work under non-disclosure agreements, so we do not publish customer names. We can talk you through specific cases in your sector on a call.
Automotive and commercial vehicle
Brackets, cross members, reinforcements, housings and tooling for component makers. This is our main sector: repeat runs to drawing, with dimensional control.
Machinery and capital equipment
Frames, bed frames, chassis, housings, cowlings and guards. Welded and machined assemblies, ready to fit on the line.
