Industrial metal stamping and forming
At Talleres Feudo we have a fleet of industrial presses that allows us to offer forming, stamping and deep drawing services for medium and long production runs. Our presses reach up to 200 tonnes of force, covering a wide range of industrial needs.
With more than 40 years of experience in metal transformation, we are the ideal partner for companies that need to outsource stamping and forming processes with quality and delivery guarantees.
Processes
Forming processes we carry out
We offer a variety of cold forming processes to adapt to each type of part and requirement.
Stamping
Sheet metal cutting using a die to produce parts with complex geometries quickly and repeatably. Ideal for medium and long runs.
Forming
Sheet metal forming using dies to create three-dimensional shapes. Cold forming with precise control of material deformation.
Deep drawing
Deep forming process to create hollow parts from flat sheet. Ideal for containers, housings and shapes with depth.
Punching
Creation of holes and shapes using punches. Can be combined with other processes for parts requiring multiple operations.
Press bending
Forming of angles and shapes using presses with specific dies. Complementary to CNC bending for special geometries.
Combined operations
Progressive dies that perform multiple operations in a single stroke: cutting, forming, punching and bending simultaneously.

Capabilities
Our industrial press fleet
We have a wide range of presses to cover all industrial forming needs:
- Eccentric presses: from 60 to 200 tonnes for high-speed stamping and forming.
- Hydraulic presses: up to 200 tonnes for deep drawing and forming.
- C-frame presses: for accessible and versatile forming operations.
- Automatic feeders: coil feeding systems for continuous production of long runs.
- Own tooling: we collaborate in the design and maintenance of dies and moulds.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about metal forming and stamping
Stamping is a cutting process that uses a die to cut shapes from sheet metal. Forming deforms the sheet to give it a three-dimensional shape without separating material. Both processes are carried out with industrial presses and can be combined in progressive dies.
Depending on the material and geometry, we can stamp sheets up to 8 mm thick in carbon steel. For stainless steel and aluminium, maximum thicknesses vary. Please consult us about your specific case.
We can work with dies provided by the customer or collaborate with specialist toolmakers for the manufacture of new dies. We also carry out preventive maintenance of dies to ensure quality in each run.
Stamping is especially cost-effective for medium and long runs, generally from 500-1,000 parts, as the investment in the die is amortised with volume. For short runs, we evaluate alternatives such as laser cutting or CNC punching.
Yes, we integrate stamping with our laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and assembly services. This allows us to deliver completely finished parts and assemblies from a single supplier.
