How long we take, in numbers
Two different timings worth keeping apart: how long we take to send you the quote, and how long we take to manufacture once you confirm the order.
Quote turnaround: within 24 working hours. That is our commitment for any request sent through this form.
For complex assemblies or runs with many part numbers, within that same window you still receive confirmation and the exact date your full quote will be ready.

Lead times run from order confirmation. If you have a fixed date, pick it in the Requested delivery date field of the form and we will confirm whether we can meet it.

We send the quote within 24 working hours of receiving your drawings. For complex assemblies or runs with many part numbers, within that same window you receive confirmation and the exact date your full quote will be ready.
It depends on the type of work: 3-5 working days for cut-only parts, 1 to 2 weeks if they also need bending or machining, and 2 to 3 weeks for welded assemblies, assembly work and boilermaking. Lead times run from order confirmation.
Yes. We offer an express service in 24-48 hours for priority parts, on request and subject to schedule availability. Note it in the «Project description» field of the form and we will assess it when preparing the quote.
We work with dimensioned .pdf, .dxf, .dwg, .geo, .step/.stp, .iges/.igs and .zip, up to 50 MB in total and 20 files per request. If you have the part list in Excel or your ERP, paste its columns into the form table or attach it as .xlsx or .csv. If you only have a paper drawing or a sketch, our engineering office can digitise it.
No. We work with no minimum order, from a single part to runs of thousands of units. Our nesting software optimises material usage at any quantity.
